California Licensed Care Guide

Serving as the primary contact for patients, the full-time California Licensed Care Guide will coordinate logistics, provide medication education, and liaise between patients, providers, and nursing agencies in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Respond to patient inquiries with clarity, empathy, and efficiency Educate patients and providers on home infusion processes, including medication handling and administration protocols Schedule and confirm treatment appointments, ensuring timely and accurate care delivery Required Qualifications 3-5 years of nursing or pharmacy experience, preferably with infusion therapy or specialty medications Active clinical license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or Medical Assistant (MA) Strong patient coordination or case management background High level of organization and ability to manage multiple responsibilities Available to work full-time Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
