Job description Position Overview

A leading ophthalmology group is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to backfill a retiring physician in a high-demand coastal New York market.

This role offers immediate access to strong surgical volume and ASC resources , with excellent earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

$400,000+ base + production incentives
High surgical volume ( 800/year)
Strong premium conversion ( 50%)
ASC access with block time availability
Full benefits package

Work Schedule

Full-time outpatient + surgical schedule
Dedicated OR access

Key Responsibilities

Perform cataract procedures
Manage patient care across full lifecycle
Collaborate with MD/OD team
Maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist
Active or eligible NY license

Skills & Competencies

Strong surgical proficiency
Ability to manage high volume
Patient-focused communication
