Perks of Our Office Competitive Pay: $45-55 Four day work week: No weekends Paid holidays (plus addition time off around the holidays Scrub allowance OSHA/CPR training covered Licensing renewal covered Monthly production bonus (varies) Paid time off (personal & vacation) Immediate family dental discount Maternity and immediate family bereavement leave Continuing education opportunities Digital x-rays Fotona Laser Medit Scanner Hufriedy Everedge instruments/Ultrasonic Scaler Assisted hygiene – each hygienist has a dedicated assistant for support Qualifications Active Wyoming Dental Hygiene License (required) CPR Certification (required) Local Anesthesia Certification (required) Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred) Key Responsibilities Arrive on time each day with a positive and professional attitude Greet and care for patients with compassion and respect Update and review patients' medical histories, noting any significant changes Perform routine hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing (SRP) Take digital x-rays and impressions as needed Conduct intraoral screenings and educate patients about findings Work alongside dental assistants to ensure proper sterilization and room preparation Maintain and sharpen hygiene instruments Provide personalized oral health education to patients of all ages Monitor hygiene supply inventory and maintain fully stocked treatment rooms Accurately document patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism Understand dental terminology, insurance coding, and billing procedures If you are a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist seeking a rewarding career in a supportive and ethical practice, we would love to hear from you!
