Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking candidates for a Project Manager position. Starting salary commensurate with skills and experience. Qualifications A strong candidate will possess: Leadership and ability to initiate and direct process improvement initiatives Self-starter mentality Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills At least two years of project management experience Ability to oversee the workload of 2-3 employees and 5-7 projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to attend and hold meetings with clients, consultants, and municipalities Writing proficiency / ability to author professional communications, such as memos, presentations, addenda, bulletins, and policies—for both internal and external use Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and various supporting programs Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to manage policy creation, implementation, and continuing education programs Moderate knowledge of computer hardware and software—for acquisition and troubleshooting (Preferred) Knowledge of 3-D rendering production and photo-editing software We are seeking candidates for an Architectural Drafter position. Forty hours per week with potential for overtime. Starting salary commensurate with skills and experience.
