Create and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests , including advanced diagnostics and issue resolution Create and manage Microsoft Support tickets Power Platform Support and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Power Apps Assist with deployment across multiple environments (Dev / Test / Prod) Manage access permissions and ownership for Power Platform solutions Create and manage Power BI workspaces Security & Compliance Provide advanced support for login and access issues Manage Microsoft 365 security groups and review license assignments Monitor sign-in logs and audit logs Review and validate Microsoft Defender security policies Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot issues related to chat, meetings, and contact synchronization Manage permissions , guest access , and perform basic configuration tasks SharePoint Online Support site owners with: Permissions management Site structure Workflow integrations using Power Automate Exchange Online Diagnose and resolve: Mail flow issues Mailbox access issues Manage: Mailbox permissions Shared mailboxes Automation & Scripting Use PowerShell scripts for administrative and automation tasks Skills Mandatory Skills Microsoft 365 Suite of Products SharePoint Online Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) #J-18808-Ljbffr PRIMUS Global Solutions (PRIMUS UK & Europe)
