General Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The General Warehouse Associate efficiently manages essential warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role requires moderate physical activity such as lifting and walking, primarily on the day shift. The associate ensures accurate and timely processing of shipments while operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive and unload incoming shipments
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
Handle and move materials efficiently within the warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Perform loading and unloading tasks with care

Required Qualifications

Proficient forklift operation skills
Experience in material handling
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipment tracking
Strong time management abilities
High attention to detail in all tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
