## DietitianApplylocations: Salinas Valley Post Acutetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR174838**Registered Dietitian (Full-Time)****Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a passionate, dedicated Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team.******Compensation & Benefits***** ****$99,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)Salary:***** ****Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth:***** ****401(k) plan with company matchingRetirement:***** ****Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysTime Off:***** ****Continuing education fund and career advancement opportunitiesGrowth:******Key Responsibilities*** **Assessments: Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission and routinely.*** **Care Plans: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized medical nutrition therapies (MNT).*** **Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings with physicians, nursing, and therapy staff.*** **Oversight: Partner with the culinary team to ensure menu compliance, food safety, and palatability.*** **Education: Provide nutritional counseling to residents, family members, and facility staff.****Qualifications*** **Credentials: Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).*** **Licensure: Valid state licensure/certification if applicable.*** **Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.*** **Experience: Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.*** **Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).** We are an equal opportunity employer.
