A highly reputable, physician‑owned dermatology group with more than 38 dermatologists across the Southeast is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible dermatologist to join a high‑demand coastal practice in the beautiful Florida Panhandle.
Just 1 hour from the Alabama state line and 1 hour from Pensacola, this location offers sugar‑white beaches, crystal‑clear waters, and a relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle—perfect for physicians seeking strong earning potential and exceptional quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Established, high‑volume practice with exceptional stability
- Supportive team including 1 APP, 1 dedicated MA/Scribe, and MOHS Surgeons on site 3 days/week
- General Dermatology with optional cosmetics
- 30–40 patients/day with full scribe and administrative support
- 100% outpatient with no call
- Flexible schedule: Mon–Thurs + optional half‑day Friday
- Strong demand with a 2‑month appointment backlog
Compensation & Benefits
- $360K–$420K base salary
- Earning potential 2.5–3x base
- 40–45% of collections
- Additional bonuses for APP oversight & cosmetic revenue

Who We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible
- Eligible for a Florida medical license
