Junior Financial Analyst

The Junior Financial Analyst plays a key role on the Finance team, supporting capital planning, ROI analysis, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability initiatives. This position is responsible for delivering timely financial reporting, maintaining visibility into key performance metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The analyst will prepare executive-level reports, develop dashboards, and provide insights that connect financial performance to business strategy. This role also contributes to budgeting and forecasting processes while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality financial analysis to support long-term organizational growth Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and KPIs Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports Develop executive dashboards and ensure data accuracy and integrity Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence research Monitor financial performance and provide visibility into key metrics Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and productivity improvements Maintain and validate financial data across systems (accounting, planning, reporting tools) Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management Support automation of reporting and data extraction processes Core Competencies Problem Solving: Analyzes issues and develops effective solutions Project Management: Plans, executes, and delivers projects on time Strategic Thinking: Aligns financial insights with business goals Planning & Organization: Prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently Innovation: Identifies improvements and drives creative solutions Communication: Clearly conveys complex financial information, both verbally and in writing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred) 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas) Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership Experience supporting multiple business units (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Our Support Center Team Purpose-Driven Impact: Contribute to meaningful work that supports our field teams and helps deliver compassionate, high-quality experiences for families during life's most important moments.
