Your efforts will directly impact the growth of the business, as you work alongside our talented team to exceed client expectations, while promoting safety, quality, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, you will:Lead and Grow: Manage service office, field operations, and sales functions, helping to expand the service business while ensuring departmental success in revenue, gross profit margin, and SG&A expenses.Client Engagement: Qualification of work orders, creating estimates, roof surveys, preventive maintenance reports, and deliverables that position the company as a trusted advisor for clients.Operational Excellence: Maintain pricing, manage invoicing, oversee payroll, and create management reports to track profitability and project status.Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop personnel, fostering a positive work environment that encourages productivity and professional growth.
