Yardstik is building the Human Trust Platform - technology designed to help organizations continuously verify identity, credentials, and risk before and after hire. In a world where AI has made it easier than ever to fake identities, forge credentials, and exploit hiring systems, point-in-time background checks no longer cut it.

The Role

The Account Executive is responsible for building pipeline and closing business within our Mid-Market segment. As a Yardstik AE, you're a skilled, consultative salesperson who excels at engaging senior business leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CTOs.

You're comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and see ambiguity as opportunity. This is a chance to be part of an early, core sales team at a fast-growing company redefining workforce trust.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of new opportunities
  • Collaborate and negotiate with C-suite executives
  • Work cross-functionally to solve customer problems
  • Partner with Product to share market insights and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and deal plans
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets
