Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized strength training programs that align with our team's goals and enhance their performance
• Lead engaging and informative training sessions that inspire confidence and commitment among participants
• Monitor and assess the progress of each team member, providing constructive feedback and adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with management to integrate strength training into our broader wellness initiatives, ensuring a holistic approach to health
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every participant feels valued and motivated to achieve their best
• Stay updated on the latest strength training techniques and trends to continuously improve our program offerings
• Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of our team and clients at all times
