We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a Temporary Production Operator position. This role involves hands-on production work, operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. This is a temporary, full-time position with a demanding schedule.

Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

• Operate production equipment and assist with daily manufacturing operations.
• Perform hands-on production tasks while maintaining efficiency and product quality.
• Follow safety, food/product quality, and company procedures at all times.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other production duties as needed.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work a demanding full-time schedule.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
