Commercial Litigation Attorney

A Pennsylvania-based law firm , with over 40 years of experience serving clients in the tri-state area, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The firm offers a diverse range of legal services, including personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, corporate and business law, employment law, financial services, and **wills, trusts & estates**.

They are seeking a highly motivated attorney who is barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to represent both plaintiffs and defendants, from small businesses to large corporations, in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This role will focus on breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes. Additionally, the position will involve contract drafting and some business and real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Strong litigation skills, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice, and rial preparation
- Experience representing plaintiffs and defendants** in breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes
- Contract drafting and familiarity with business and real estate law a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
