CMM Programmer
NL Staffing
Must-haves CMM programming and operation in a machining or manufacturing setting PC-DMIS proficiency (strongly preferred) Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation Dimensional inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) ISO 9001 quality system experience Nice-to-haves IATF 16949 or AS9100 Creo, SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD CNC milling and turning familiarity QC-Calc or other SPC software Root cause analysis and corrective action experience Day-to-day they\'ll be doing Writing and optimizing CMM inspection routines First article, in-process and final inspections Ballooned drawings and FAI documentation Inspection reports for internal teams and customers Training operators on basic CMM use Helping design fixtures with the tool room Industries where they may be Machine shops and contract manufacturers in southeast WI Automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers (good for IATF folks) Aerospace and defense shops (AS9100 candidates) Medical device manufacturers Any precision machining environment within 30 miles of Mequon #J-18808-Ljbffr NL Staffing
