Author and update Work Instructions, Visual Aids, Process Trial Reports, and gauge procedures. Assess electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components for compatibility and performance in plant applications. Lead and support continuous improvement activities focused on error‑proofing, scrap reduction, and manufacturability. Remain composed and communicate clearly in fast‑paced, time‑critical production situations. Provide coverage across shifts as operational needs dictate. Qualifications 5+ years of experience diagnosing and programming PLC systems (Omron, Siemens, and/or Allen Bradley strongly preferred).
