Midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate to join their San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and gain increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Duties Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on asset management and investment fund matters. Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships. Engage in regulatory compliance and fund formation activities. Participate in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to investment funds. Requirements Four to seven years of relevant experience in asset management and investment funds. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in. Skills Expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.
