Dental Practice Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, using discretion in setting team member schedules to maximize patient satisfaction, as well asoperational metrics. Implement practice-based marketing plans to market to new patients. Ensureongoing relationships by delivering outstanding patient care. In concert with HR, hire all positions, except doctors. Responsible for terminatingall positions except doctors. In concert with Regional Leadership, analyzes, develops, and implementsstrategic and operational planning for practice. Develops and uses discretion ininterpreting and managing organizational policies, practices, and procedures. Devote themselves to continuous quality improvement, including seeking all educational opportunities for growth and improvement and encouraging subordinates to do the same.
