Build a classroom that’s equal parts safe, clean, and full of joy. Observe, assess, and document developmental milestones. Be the anchor of emotional support for little ones navigating their world. Team up with fellow teachers and staff to deliver exceptional early childhood education. Qualifications Associates degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or equivalent. At least two years of Early Childhood teaching experience. Infant/Toddler staff must also have coursework or training relevant to this age group.
