- Lead, train, and motivate automotive sales consultants
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, and dealership performance
- Monitor KPIs including units sold, gross profit, and closing ratios
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing sales
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales teams -------------------------------------------- SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS - Experience as an automotive sales manager or dealership sales manager
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability

Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales professionals while maintaining strong closing performance and dealership growth.
