Salary $50-60k depending upon the experience and qualifications. Positions Part Time, Per-Diem, Full Time, Flexible Hours. Responsibilities Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards. Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements. Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases. Qualifications – Must Haves Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation. CPR Certification Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Preferred) At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing. Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN. Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC). Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners. Leadership & Management – Supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers. Care Plan Development – Create and oversee patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Quality Assurance & Risk Management – Auditing, incident reporting, and compliance with policies. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges. Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies. Nice to Have Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – Familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model.
