This is a Gastroenterology position with a balanced mix of clinic and endoscopy, supported by experienced APCs and staff. Practice Overview

• You'll join a hospital-aligned GI service designed to grow into a 3-physician team (currently a solo physician opportunity with built-in demand).
• Support includes 2 APPs (1 APRN, 1 PA-C) plus 2 dedicated MAs to keep your clinic and procedure days efficient.
• Core procedures include colonoscopy, EGD, and general diagnostic gastroenterology.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday outpatient-focused schedule with a structured weekly rhythm across clinic and endoscopy.
• Typical clinic volume: 18-22 patients per day.
• Dedicated endoscopy/procedure time built in.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee: 700,000
• Productivity incentives
• An Additional 200K in recruiting incentives based on your needs
• Benefits include self-managed ATO, 6,000 CME, student loan assistance, relocation assistance, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Fellows welcomed (including upcoming graduating classes); experience level open.
• Comfort with colonoscopy and EGD expected; interest in growing a service line is a plus.
• Visa support available through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).
