Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in development (Power BI, SQL, Python), excellent client management skills, and in-depth understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (Client) domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading data-driven projects, and delivering high-impact insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, user interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Data & Analytics:
  • Perform data exploration, profiling, and analysis using SQL and Python.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
  • Interpret data patterns and trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data sources.
• Client Engagement & Delivery:
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
  • Manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • Provide analytical support to clients and internal teams, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Client Domain Expertise:
  • Apply domain knowledge to understand business models, sales, supply chain, and consumer behavior specific to the Client industry.
  • Use industry benchmarks and best practices to guide analysis and recommendations.
• Mandatory technical skills:
  • Background in Development (PBI / SQL / Python)
