Sr. Manager, Area Operations, Sales Enablement

Edwards Lifesciences seeks an experienced Sr. Manager to support the Central region's transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies sales organization. This individual contributor role combines area operations management with sales enablement strategy, requiring expertise in business analytics, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial success and patient access. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales operations, business strategy, or financial planning are required.

Responsibilities

Serve as operations business manager for Central region supporting field sales team
Partner with Area Vice President of Sales on business reviews, strategic planning, and operational efficiency
Analyze area business trends, pricing, rebates, and contracts to deliver actionable insights
Design and deliver customer-facing and internal sales tools to enhance decision-making
Lead sales enablement initiatives across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, Training, and IT

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years sales operations, business strategy, or financial planning experience
Willingness to work area local hours and travel minimum 30%
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capabilities
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Salesforce.com system adaptation capability
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines with accountability

Compensation: $139,000 to $196,000 base
