Our client is seeking a career focused candidate to join their growing financial company located in Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and process reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
  • Support departmental projects and special assignments.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
