Escrow Account Management SpecialistResponsible for processing activities related to escrow account management, including monthly escrow payment management, vendor oversight, insurance claims, and interest on escrow.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEProcess escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle, from loan acquisition through ongoing servicing and servicing transfers.Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax, insurance, and insurance claims.Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely.Research exceptions and process off-cycle requests.Perform general escrow account maintenance and escrow analyses.Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries by evaluating relevant factors, resolving issues, and determining whether additional loans may be impacted.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines.Process and monitor departmental reporting requirements and workflows, ensuring reports and assigned work are completed accurately and on time.Perform basic mathematical calculations related to escrow servicing.Maintain accurate accounting of escrow disbursements.Conduct quality reviews, including insurance and tax document reviews and verification of information provided by tax assessors and other applicable sources.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGRequired Education, Experience, Certification/LicensurePreferred Bachelors Degree1+ years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan ServicingPay Range: $18.46-$24.62 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
