What We're Looking For:

• Active state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA (or the ability to obtain)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP/SLPA settings
• Teletherapy expertise welcomed for remote service delivery
• Background in developing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptability for onsite, remote, or hybrid caseloads
• New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, including general and special educators
• Monitor and report student progress in alignment with state and federal guidelines
• Consult with families and teachers to support carryover of skills
• Comply with FERPA and relevant regulatory requirements
• Embrace technology and remote therapy best practices where needed
