Compensation:$55,000 a year.

Job summary: Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity offering $55,000 a year. Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping
• Lead, train, coach and motivate warehouse personnel
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory accurate through cycle counts, audits and discrepancy resolution
• Operate a box truck as needed
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Ensure companies with company policies, OSHA standards and warehouse safety procedures
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory needs, shipments, and operational priorities.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational metrics and issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MUST have a valid Driver's License
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Experience leading and developing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
