responsibilities:

• Oversee contract, site, Global Trade, and EH&S policy compliance for managing customer and government property.
• Partner with site leadership, functional teams, contract management, and central property organizations.
• Interface with government customers, prime customers, and regulatory auditing agencies.
• Generate accurate status metrics and property status reports, and execute complete property closeout activities.
• Monitor practices and procedures to align site operations with established property requirements.

qualifications:
Strong knowledge of customer property management, FAR, DFARS, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a highly analytical approach to process improvement and data review.

Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight while effectively communicating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
