Outbound Call Representative – What You’ll Be Doing Act as the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services. Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates, and follow up on leads. Keep schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for field technicians. Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop. Handle light administrative tasks such as document edits and customer follow‑ups. Who We’re Looking For A people‑person with a warm, clear voice who enjoys engaging with customers. Detail‑oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly. Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus). Professional appearance, keeping desk neat and organized. Willing to learn our software, understand job scopes, and estimating. Business‑casual dress code. Ability to pass a background check.
