Quality Control Technician – Food & Beverage Operations Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support our Quality Assurance & Testing team. In this on-site role, you will perform inspections, sampling, and testing of dairy and food products to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and brand quality. Responsibilities include conducting routine quality checks, documenting results, supporting investigations of non-conforming product, and partnering with production to maintain HACCP, GMP, and customer standards. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, family-owned environment that values integrity, hard work, and long-term growth opportunities across our operations.
