Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role in a hybrid work arrangement based in Toms River, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business, nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and leveraging Goldstone’s marketing and branding support to grow a personal client base. The agent will use MLS and other tools to research market conditions, complete comparative market analyses, and ensure accurate listing information. The role also involves attending training, mentorship sessions, and team meetings to stay current on market trends, legal requirements, and best practices while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in New Jersey. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding of local market trends and transaction processes. Candidates should possess proven Sales and customer acquisition skills to build and maintain a robust client pipeline. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on communication, responsiveness, and client advocacy. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing and lead generation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for local travel.
