Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Gabert Clinic – Full Time Glendive Medical Center-Gabert Clinic | Glendive, Montana Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Starting Wage: $19.20+/hour (based on experience and internal equity) Make a Difference in Rural Healthcare Glendive Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at Gabert Clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, collaborating with providers, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience in a busy outpatient setting. As a valued member of our clinic team, you\'ll help ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care from check-in through follow-up. What You\'ll Do Welcome and prepare patients for appointments and procedures Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information Assist providers during examinations and treatments Administer medications as permitted by certification and clinic protocols Perform basic clinical procedures such as dressing changes and suture or staple removal Collect laboratory specimens and assist with related testing processes Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare team members Support clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesi> Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-centered care Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday Frequent computer use and patient interaction Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Benefits Eligible after 59 days: Medical, Dental, Vision Healthcare Spending Accounts Employer-paid Life & Disability Eligible after 30 days: 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and Extended Illness Leave Paid float holidays Why Glendive Medical Center?
