Director of Dietary
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Dietary to join our team at Etowah Health and Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare provider in Etowah, TN. Responsibilities:
Lead the dietary department, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement effective menus, nutritional plans, and meal programs to meet the needs of our patients
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure optimal performance
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient nutrition, meal intake, and dietary programs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
