Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, hospitality‑focused manner Identify customer needs and present appropriate Lexus models and features Conduct product demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives Clearly present pricing, purchase options, and Lexus ownership benefits Maintain expert‑level product knowledge across the Lexus lineup Follow up with leads and past clients to build long‑term relationships Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a client‑first approach Ensure a seamless, luxury‑level experience from introduction to delivery Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success is required Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge Self‑motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
