- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Members
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep an accurate record of sales and ensure all sales are entered into the POS system
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding the preparation and serving of alcohol
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding the preparation and serving of alcohol
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
