We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. If you have a knack for managing a team, a love for craft beverages, and a talent for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesAs our Bar Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to crafting schedules and leading a team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. You’ll also be the go-to expert on our craft beer and wine offerings, helping guests navigate our menu and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Problem-solving, staying organized, and managing time effectively will be key to your success in this role.
QualificationsTo thrive in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience with craft beer and wine service.
- Strong people skills to lead a team and connect with guests.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
