Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sign On & Relocation

Overview Logan Health is expanding its therapy services and is looking for Speech‑Language Pathologists across a range of specialties, including pediatric and adult care, inpatient and outpatient settings, and skilled nursing. The role offers full‑time, part‑time, PRN, and seasonal positions with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits. Responsibilities Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions. Create and update patient‑centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes. Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards. Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations. Clinical Opportunities & Specialty Areas Children's Outpatient & NICU Follow‑Up Clinic (Kalispell) – Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience; minimum 2 years post‑CFY; CCC‑SLP preferred. Inpatient NICU/PICU (Kalispell) – Medically complex pediatric populations; 2 years pediatric/ PICU/NICU experience preferred; ability to conduct MBSS. Adult Acute Care Inpatient (Kalispell) – Fast‑paced medical environments; experience with medically complex diagnoses; adult MBSS completion. Adult Outpatient (Kalispell & Whitefish) – Voice, airway, cough, concussion, aphasia, stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, MS; MBSS proficiency; certifications such as VitalStim, LSVT, or AAC desired. Seasonal Acute Care / Outpatient (Kalispell) – 13‑week assignments; minimum 2 years SLP experience; 15% differential and bonus incentives. Skilled Nursing – Brendan House (Kalispell) – Long‑term, resident‑centered care; ability to build meaningful patient relationships. Qualifications Current Montana SLP license or ability to obtain before start. Minimum 2 years post‑CFY experience; 2 years post‑CFY preferred. CPR/BLS certification required; provided at hire. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if required for driving components.
