Senior Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant in Germany, this full-time remote position will lead strategic customer engagements focused on optimizing payment and fraud strategies for enterprise merchants, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions powered by ACI's offerings. Key responsibilities Lead customer engagements throughout the sales lifecycle, emphasizing fraud, risk, and payment optimization strategies Translate merchant challenges into data-driven value propositions and solution strategies, defining business outcomes like fraud reduction and improved customer experience Conduct consultative workshops to identify pain points and design comprehensive solutions that integrate payments, fraud detection, and data intelligence Required qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in fraud and risk management, payment intelligence, or merchant payments Proven track record in a consultative, customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and payment performance drivers Familiarity with payment orchestration platforms is a plus Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and outcomes
