MRI TechnologistThe MRI Technologist performs MRI studies according to protocols established by Radiologists, ensuring consistent, high-quality imaging. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, preparing the scan room, positioning patients and coils, and maintaining effective communication with patients throughout the procedure.This position includes every other weekend coverage: Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPerform MRI studies following established radiologist protocolsOperate MRI scanners to produce optimal, high-quality imagesPrepare exam room and equipment appropriatelyPosition patients, coils, and equipment safely and accuratelyMaintain patient communication and comfort throughout scanningARRT MR Certification — Required within 2 years of hireHigh School Diploma or Equivalent — RequiredGraduate of an AMA-Approved Radiologic Technology Program or MRI Certificate Program — Required1 Year Experience as a Radiology Technologist — Required1 Year Experience in CT or MRI — PreferredRT(R) — Registered Technologist (Radiography) — RequiredRT(MR) — Registered Technologist (Magnetic Resonance) — RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) — Required
