We truly believe that everyone has a role within our company and our growth revolves around supporting our employees' strengths.Qualifications:Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtainState occupational therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtainSuccessful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligibility to take examExperience in outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting, preferredStrong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to connect with patients from diverse backgroundsTeam-oriented approach to patient careWillingness to participate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
