Short-Term Contract: Development Systems & Donor Data Manager (JN-082026-429562) Towson, Maryland Salary: USD34 - USD41 per hour $34-41/hour

ONSITE

Project Overview Seeking an experienced Development Systems & Donor Data Manager for an 8-week project focused on optimizing Raiser's Edge NXT, improving donor data quality, strengthening gift processing workflows, and enhancing fundraising reporting capabilities. Project Responsibilities Assess and improve the integrity of donor and gift records in Raiser's Edge NXT. Perform database cleanup, deduplication, and standardization. Review and optimize gift processing procedures and data-entry practices. Develop reports, queries, exports, dashboards, and mailing lists to support fundraising and leadership needs. Assist with gift and financial reconciliation activities. Evaluate database workflows and recommend process improvements. Support integrations, imports, and data management best practices. Document procedures and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff. Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Proven expertise in gift processing, donor database management, and reporting. Experience with database cleanup, data governance, and reconciliation. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Experience with ResearchPoint, ImportOmatic, Classy, or similar fundraising platforms preferred.
