We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Pay to commensurate with experience*
Sign on Bonus after 90 days*

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in Organizing/Building/Managing waitstaff team Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events Adhering to company policies and standards Filling shifts as needed Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable Transportation Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Settles Hill Banquets & Events
