Position Details In-person only Salem, OR area 2026-2027 school year Full-time (37.5 paid hours per week) Elementary and Secondary positions Provide evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation Participate in IEPs and collaborate with school Special Education teams Qualifications Current or eligible for Oregon Speech Language Pathology License Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits & Perks Rates: $50-65/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage, Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
