Shipping & Receiving Clerk job at Advastar, Inc. Sycamore, IL. #jobalert | DIRECT HIRE | SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK | SYCAMORE, IL area A global manufacturer is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This full-time role supports logistics with data entry, tracking, and clerical duties in a manufacturing environment. Anticipate $24-$28/hour, based on experience Full suite of benefits, health insurance, PTO, etc. Ability to work overtime (typical hours are 6am-5pm, M-F) Responsibilities Import receiving data and update ERP system accurately. Prepare shipping documents and upload project photos. Track customer orders and report shortages to supervisors. Scan, file, and organize paperwork daily. Collaborate with shipping and pick/pack teams. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience or basic knowledge. Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook skills; ability to learn ERP. Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and work 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime. Must pass background check and drug screen.
