Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions Load and unload materials, components, and finished products Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications Complete production records and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals Who are You? A reliable and punctual team player who takes pride in their work Someone who follows instructions carefully and works safely Detail-oriented with a focus on producing quality products Willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing hands-on work Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus What competencies will you need?
