Join us!\n Job Summary and Qualifications\n \n \n \n \n \n As an OperatingRoomClinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN)you will be part of an amazing interdisciplinary team environment.You will work under the general supervision of the unit’sdirectorand you will assumeresponsibility forthedirection andthecoordination of all functions in the OR Department on yourdesignated shifts.You willdemonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provide care topatients and to provide direction andsupervisionstoother staff caring for patients. \n \n \n \n Here is some of what you can expect from being anOR Clinical Nurse Coordinator (ChargeRN)with us:\n \n \n \n As an operating room (OR) Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) you willdemonstrateskills as a resource person and liaison between the specialty team members, other staff members, surgeons, and vendors. \n You willassistwith the overall management of patient care in the OR,supervisesall staff,assistswith performance evaluations,counselingand coaching of staff, hiring, and day to day operational supervision. \n You willbe responsible forensuring department compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulatory agencies. \n You will work closely with other Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to ensure that surgical procedures performed by specialty team members or other surgery staff members are thoroughly prepared prior to surgery. \n The Clinical Nurse Coordinator verifies the accuracy of preference cards and the OR schedule.\n The Clinical Nurse Coordinator works closely with the surgery schedulers to streamline and verify the flow of the OR schedule. \n This position requires call\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What qualifications you will need:\n \n \n \n Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license. \n Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.\n Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.BSN preferred.\n Two (2) years of acute careexperience as anOperating Room (OR) RN.\n Previouscharge nurse/service coordinator experience. \n Benefits\n \n HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
