Maintenance Technician

Job Description Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment, and grounds. Roles & Responsibilities Maintenance – drywall repair, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and minor carpentry. Prior experience with preventative maintenance – HVAC, plumbing, electrical. HVAC license preferred. Safely operates power tools and site mobile equipment such as forklift, aerial lift, drills, and table saws. Detailed understanding of hand tools – wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc. Training for job duties provided by the company as required. High school diploma or GED required. Clean driving record. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member in a demanding service environment. Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal direction. Knowledge of computers preferred. Sound judgment and a high level of work ethic. Must complete required safety classes and training that pertain to specific job duties. Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures. Must be able to work any/all shifts as needed. Must be available for on‑call response as needed. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic diagrams. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an associated field. We encourage diverse candidates to apply. Salary The hourly rate ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. The anticipated annual base compensation for this position will be $62,400 to $72,800, inclusive of required overtime.
