Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, quality checks, production documentation (SAP/MES), material handling, and maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDManufacturing experience in a GMP/SOP environmentAbility to operate and troubleshoot production equipmentBasic computer, math, and English communication skillsTeam-oriented with ability to work independentlyWillingness to work overtimePreferred:Experience with SAP, MES, inventory systems, or material-handling equipment.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
