Manager - Undergraduate Medical Education (40 hours/week) - Southfield Manages daily operations of the Medical Academic Programs. Location: Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages all budget aspects of the department - balances and controls all expenditures adhering to audit guidelines. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Ensures institution and all residency/fellowship programs remain in compliance with Joint Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements in order to maintain full accreditation status. Develops new systems and processes to support organizational change in response to evolving Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education standards. Presents at national, regional and local conferences, workshops and on-site meetings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
